Flint Community Schools, Health Services Department, is hosting an immunization clinic the week of October 28th at the Administrative building. All students are required to provide proof of up to date immunizations or a waiver in order to be enrolled in Michigan schools. Failure to comply with this state law may result in your students' classes becoming closed. Appointments can be made by calling Health Services at 810-424-4087 or using the QR code, or link, within the attached flyer to request an appointment. Let's protect ourselves and those around us!

There are simple steps like frequent handwashing and staying home when developing new or worsening symptoms that can make a huge difference in how much communicable diseases are able to spread.
