FCS is looking to collaborate with an organization that can provide a yearlong training program for instructional leaders beginning in the 2024-25 school year. The program should provide year-long, ongoing professional development to build instructional leadership capacity. The program is to be a district-wide initiative designed to provide a coherent and consistent professional development approach across the entire district to build shared instructional practices.
